I help by being good at what I do
I really do love what I do. When you love what you do, you constantly work to get better and better at it. I feel confident in my experience and training (see below, if interested). But most importantly, I watch client after client make real changes in their lives.
Most of my practice is built from word of mouth. My clients tell me they feel seen and heard in my office. This allows them to do the hard work that sparks growth and positive change in their lives. I love getting emails from previous clients with updates. They are climbing mountains and knocking down walls. This is my inspiration.
What to expect
My "take" on counseling
I think counseling should be something that impacts your life. Let's be honest. It's a significant investment of time and money, so it should be more than just sitting and talking about your day. Therapy should be efficient and effective to change your life for the better.
Therefore, I tend towards treatment modalities that have been proven to work, and I like to have a variety of tricks up my sleeve. You are unique! So, your treatment options should be tailored specifically for you...and should be tweaked as we go to ensure you get everything you can out of your investment.
